Fitri was very knowledgeable, explaining the solutions to clean my greasy hood & countertops, offering useful advices on maintaining them in future. Hired them for post-renovation cleaning and they were excellent. Extremely meticulous – every corner, surface, and detail was spotless. The house feels brand new. I also had multiple vendors working and he was accomodating to the rest of the works and constantly update on the progress as well. Highly recommended!

Quick and reliable team! Made an appointment for Thursday on Monday and even accommodated to our timing. It’s affordable as well even when we needed 4 mattresses & a floor deep cleaning. mattress stain cannot remove fully. I disagree with their toilet service and the boss sided with the ladies say that rust stain on plastic drain is out of scope. I'm not sure this is the right way. if it's metal it will be shiny right.clean toliet mean no clean metal part?

Before confirming any appointment, we make sure to send our customers the scope of work. The additional requests made to our staffs were beyond that scope and it took up alot of their time and effort, which is why I eventually called them and asked them to stop as it felt the situation was being taken advantage of. Regarding the mattress stains, we had also mentioned beforehand that complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed, as it depends on several factors affecting the nature of the stain.

I’am very happy with this full house cleaning service. The team was friendly, polite and very professional from start to finish. They explained the process clearly, and took great care of my home. The floor polishing was especially impressive, my floor looks shiny, smooth and brand new. They paid attention to every detail and didn’t rush the job. Overall, the job was efficient , thorough.
