its been days and eventhough ive explained the urgency of getting the product, it is still not in my hands. i followed all the instructions given for swift delivery, i paid and downloaded the app that the seller wanted to use. in the end, the seller placed the item in a totally different location from what was communicated and i am still emptyhanded! disappointed 😑

Hi, u have confirmed the location with me, and it is contactless delivery, so it takes time for the delivery company to deliver the item, you were okay with the delivery method and it was convenient for both of us too:) especially during this period of time, we have to understand that it takes time for the delivery company to deliver the item.
