As I'm also partly at fault, I suggested return w partial refund but they adamantly refuse and don't reply anymore. It's human to make mistakes, I was hoping that we could both be understanding to each other, settle sth we both agree with, but unf not :/

Even carousell customer service themselves told me you aren’t entitled to a refund after checking the item during the meetup. I already told u to check the item before u leave, so it’s not really my problem anymore that u didn’t check properly is it? Not to mention u also removed the tag I preserved before asking for a refund, who knows if u actually wore the dress out already and asked for a refund after? That’s practically like trying to get a refund for damaged goods lol.
