Finally deal off with buyer after 3 arranged meet up.. Thou there was some hiccups in between, buyer responded to explain and deal off pleasantly. Extreme thankful for travelling all the way down from Jurong to Tampines, which was 3-4hrs to and fro. Hope to deal again.
