item received defected. seller refused to refund the full but half coz she thinks it's fair. parcel has no tear but claimed double packaging, but if it was packed like that, who knows what happened to the heel. said that the heel was open by force. Well, who would do something like that..

I claimed double packed? Lol the pic u just uploaded here clearly show it is well packed. I packed the heels separtely in a bag before it was wrapped in the bubble and lastly in J&T flyer. Infact triple packed. If u could think worst of others, well i could also think u sabotaged the shoes yourself bcos u couldnt fit on it and then trying ur luck to request for refund! I was even kind enough to hv offered you a half refund.
