I used the tv for a few hours and it stopped working.. :( And yes it is beyond our control indeed as we tested it was okay before. Thank you for the partial refund and i hope more people buy from you as you are a trustworthy seller! PS Reason for the negative feedback initially was solely because of the faulty TV and nothing got to to with the seller.

Sincerely, i am very sorry to hear about it. But let's make things straight, we have tested it at my place, and it worked fine. You also used it at your place and it worked fine. What happened later on at your place is beyond my control and expectation.
