seller wasnt fully transparent. breastmilk storage bags were expired, showed yellowing and dusty. i wouldnt use them for my baby’s milk!

As mentioned in my explanation to the buyer, I have checked the expiry on the boxes before selling, and those that have it printed are not expired. There were some that did not have expiry printed. As these were BNIB milk storage bags, I did not open them up to check if they were yellowing, and based the sale purely on dates printed on the boxes. After buyer expressed dissatisfaction, I offered a refund. The message however, was ignored. Nonetheless, I am still happy to offer a refund.
