Sorry Hun but I didn't leave my phone at home that day as our previous messages confirm! I told you working in a customer service face to face industry I am not allowed to have my phone on me at work. I also informed you to come in and ask for me however you never showed up. I did offer to even deliver and you prolonged the sale . Yes you've done more transactions then myself however that has nothing to do with customer service , that's because people are obviously more interested in your shit!
