Seller suggest to meet up on 28 Nov. Then he forgot our meeting. I transfer $6 to him on 1 Dec. Then he said he was overseas and ask me to be patient. I wait more than 2 months but never get the card. I finally gave up waiting and ask him if he can refund me $2.50. He said he will consider it. Then he suddenly left me negative feedback. Meeting was confirmed when u suggested n I accepted it. U oso replied in chat that u totally forgot abt it. I hv 64 positive feedbacks n only 1 negative from u.

Grandfather passed away on the 1st December had to be in indonesia until the 15th . I SUGGESTED to meet up on the 28th but we did not confirm it. He was the one who asked for norm mail. 2 months wait did consist him waiting for the mail too .Sent the mail twice with proof (he didnt ask to but I gave him two of the card instead to thank him for being patient . Kept asking me to refund despite telling him no refund and that I wasn't responsible for lost mail. Deal with him at your own risk!
