Offer was made and confirm the date. Reserved it for an entire week as I was keeping to my words. Just 2 days before the dealing date message buyer, no reply. Actual day send another message to buyer no reply yet again. Give a grace period of 2 days before from the buyer for giving me a NO SHOW NO REPLY before writing this up. If you do not want it the item that you are getting from me or have suddenly changed your mind please at least have the courtesy to TELL ME and not play the MIA game

Made offer. Accepted offer. Asked me to wait for 1 week. Waited. Extended the wait by another 1.5week. Waited 2.5weeks in total. Ended up waiting for nothing as your 'sister' decided to sell to someone else. Sorry but I hardly believe your sad story. Still not shy to ask me for 50% deposit when you're not even in Singapore. If you don't want to sell, it's ok, but don't waste other people's time.
