First non 5 star review by me: Seller is responsive and friendly and supposedly selling on behalf on a friend, I bought over 30+ plushies on two occasions. First batch of 20+ had one dirty without tag so I thought it was fine I'll just wash and keep, second time bought 10 and this time one more with stains and hole. Unable to resolve with friend, reminder for other buyers to check carefully.

I'm in shock at this unjustified review as I did my more than due diligence as a seller. For a clearer explanation, I will upload a post on my account under "Blacklist Explanation". Readers, you can also PM me for further proof:) The apparent "first batch dirty one" was not mentioned until now, and I was unaware of the issue as she did not mention it on CarousellChat. She didn't bother to check the second batch when she was self-collecting then now shifted the blame for her own carelessness.
