Buyer seek refund even though stated clearly no refund, claiming item not same as pic which isn’t true cos pic taken by myself as shows exactly the leaves clearly. Then claim that I should have taken pic of just 1 Vine alone which would not show leaves clearly. My listing states clearly the length and number of leaves. Initially chose 144 leaves but then change to cheaper ones with only 44 leaves. Made wrong choice and yet blame seller! Many buyers repeat orders!

Misleading photos. When you sell a product per pc, the pictures should exactly show how it looks like per piece. Your excuse that "bunched them together to bring out the best" is exactly what i mean. 1 vine is far from what you showed. You may have written some details but it wasn't clear to me as a buyer.
