Very dodgy buyer. Accepted offer, change request when I'm on my way from East to west. Item bought but never see buyer, ask to leave the phone in the basket and take the money. Didn't want to check item than blame me as item is in bad shape. Ask for refund because it's not in his desired condition. Really unethical behaviour. You want perfect condition go and buy brand new with warranty, don't waste people time here.

Seller claimed that the Nexus 4 he was selling had "no problems other than peeling paint." Seller did not mention that in the process of rooting his phone, he screwed up and lost calling functionality. Luckily, the software was easily restored and I have a fully functioning Nexus 4 in my hands. For 80 bucks it was a good deal though.
