I travelled from Punggol to Yishun to meet buyer. Buyer turned up with his friend but did not bring money along. Claimed that he forgot his wallet and requested to return and retrieve it. Made me wait at Yishun MRT station for an hour but did not return with money. Not sure what his intentions were.
