Waited but eneded up did not turn up at all

This experience certainly wasnt a good one. So somewhere in April or May she told me she want to buy my items. She agreed to conceal cash and i send her my address and asked her to mail within a week. So a week later i asked her and she ignored me and subsequently her account got "banned" by carousell and after it was "unbanned" i send her messages asking her if she mail and if she was still interested, totally ignored me. Ps: I even gave her a discount(about 10%) for the items

Seller is not flexible, only available during office hr. Deal was called off.

The first time she said she mailed, but I never received. And then she said she will remail, still I never received. And then she disappeared. No proof of mailing were given. Oh wells~
