Great communication

Used this mover for purchase of wooden Bedframe from Carousell. Slight delay because their earlier job was delayed for them — so please be considerate & give 30-45 minutes Grace period for the movers. Once they arrived, the 2 guys worked so fast to assemble the individual wood bedframe ! Courteous & so clean too. The bedframe all plastic wrapped. Will definitely hire them again for moving jobs.

Very disappointing and irresponsible service. If customers cancel last minute, there’s a $30 penalty, but when the mover mixes up the time slot, customers are expected to take leave and bear the inconvenience. Poor coordination and unfair to customers.

Highly recommended mover! Engaged them to transport my furniture, and they handled everything professionally and carefully. Communication was Outstanding. They arrived exactly on time as promised and wrapped all the furniture securely to prevent any damage. Most importantly, they stuck strictly to the quoted price with zero hidden or additional costs.

The whole process was smooth and efficient . They handle the dining table set with care and also help us to unpack the set from bubble wraps. They also help to arrange the dining set properly . And also provide extra screws to fix the table. Really appreciate what they have done. Will definitely take them again for next time and also recommend to my family and friends .

The service is amazing. I had some last minute requests due to change of plan. I originally asked for disposal service but in the end, not as much things to dispose any more. Instead, I needed help to move some furniture around and wrapping my luggage, and the movers were willing to help. Thank you very much.
