Purchased USD400 Amazon Gift Card from seller and paid SGD512 via PayPal on 27/07/17. He mentioned that he needed 2 days to send me the codes, which I agreed to. After 1 week, still no codes were given and I requested for a refund instead. Seller agreed, and claimed that he had refunded. Neither did I receive any notification from PayPal, nor did my activity list reflect any refunds. I asked for printscreen as proof but he refused 😒 Carousell & PayPal admins are already looking into matter.
