I accepted Buyer's full offer mid-month but advised the item wasn't available till end of month as I was moving out of country. Tried to contact him to set up collection as end-of-month is here and he said he was available and would come get it. I asked for his mobile so we could communicate quickly, but no response. For 2-3 days I tried to contact him to set up collection then finally advised him I'd have to go to next in Q. I was fortunate that I was able to find another Buyer so late.
