Scanned the authenticity QR code on item and unable to verify authenticity. Washed once and item started piling and one button dropped off. Seller told me it was authentic but I doubt it.

I am sorry for your poor experience, but would like to highlight that item is cotton and wool mix and it is listed as it is. There is no verification on how the cardigan was washed and cared for. It could probably been better if there was some communication on care instructions.
