Yes it was entirely my fault as my son told me before they didn’t need the iron and the maid also dont like to use. so I put up for sales . when I asked them to arrange for buyer to collect they actually said they need it.. I should have checked with them ( we are not staying in same house) it is my oversight.. really bad for the buyer and I apologize to him and asked him to give me the bad review so I can remember not to repeat this mistake. Buyer is actually prompt and responsive.. 🙏🙏🙏
