I’m sorry to hear that the watch arrived with this issue. When I last checked and packed it, the buckle was in good condition. As you can see from my listings, I’ve successfully sold and delivered multiple watches through meet-ups. Fortunately, the buckle is fixable, and I sincerely apologize for this unexpected inconvenience. Please know that my intention was always to ensure a smooth and honest transaction.
