Whole night didn’t have aircon which was crazy.. couldn’t sleep and Ella came to the rescue even tot they can’t make it for today appt. They guided me to restart my aircon and cola! It works! Before Richo, I found a company with a 4.9 rating on Gmaps to assist me. They diagnosed the problem wrongly to be a spoilt condenser PCB and quoted me about $1000 to replace it. Ridiculous. Luckily, Richo correctly diagnosed the problem to be faulty thermistors. He even showed me his diagnostic program and explained the problem, and after repair which readings are back to normal. Impressed!

My Daikin compressor couldn’t work, after consulting other technician’s who said have to change the whole system, I finally contacted them to see if they could help. They repaired the issue in 1 day itself! Engaged them again to do chemical Overhaul for my Indoor unit as well! They take great care in their work and very knowledgeable in their expertise! Highly recommended!

My aircon brand is europAce. It switches on and off automatically. Richo was able to diagnose the problem and its the overheating element that’s causing the issue. Got it replaced and requested for jet washing for all 3 units. Richo was knowledgeable and clear in his explanation. Both him & his spouse are really friendly.
