the item that was delivered is damaged she failed to inform me abd upon receiving the item i told her about it and it seems like it was my fault and she even claimed that when she shipped the item it was all in good condition but apparently that was not the case. false advertisement and her response are very unprofessional and she seems she doesn't care at all.
