I did not complete the transaction and deposit refund was done immediately. Buyer did not accept the explanation and went ahead to leave a review that was not necessary.

I pre-ordered, paid a deposit, and arranged collection. Despite twice assuring me they could secure the product, the seller backed out an hour before the sale started—while I was still asleep—claiming their child wanted it, which I found unacceptable. I had to scramble for another seller and paid much more. Later, I was asked to delete my review and threatened with a “reply accordingly”, as the seller claimed final say. I share this so others won’t face the same.
