From viewing to dealing, the whole process went very smoothly. Very decisive and easy going buyer. 👍🏽
This buyer made an offer which was accepted right away. Less than an hour before the agreed meet up time, she asked for inspection first, which I agreed. Then she told me, her husband will not let her come upstairs for inspection, and asked me to bring it downstairs, again, I agreed. After that she just refused to come. Very irresponsible. Time and opportunities wasted
