Potential buyers beware! This seller sold me a defective fridge. After receiving it, I found multiple issues like sides getting very hot, unusual condensation and uneven and sporadic cooling. I informed her about the issues and politely asked her to collect it and refund the money. She refused and condescendingly told me that this is how fridges work, as if I have never used fridges before.

1. After receiving the fridge, you raised concerns about the cooling and the sides being hot. I explained that it takes time for a fridge to stabilise after moving. 2. When I followed up, you confirmed that the cooling was fine but were still concerned about the sides being hot and condensation. I reviewed the videos you provided and informed that my own fridge behaves the same way, and provided videos. 3. I have also suggested that you escalate this to Carousel if you believed it is faulty.
