Offer but deal didnt go thru

Realised buyer not only backed out of deal but left a review accusing me of selling fake product. My item is authentic. Buyer made an offer thinking its Ipad Air M3 when my ad photo clearly shown its M2. Didnt didnt go thru its ok but it not right to make baseless accusations.

No reply or response since end of Jul but the msgs were read. Buyer sent price of offer & suggested place (Kovan)to meet but when i asked to meet @ his suggested place, all the msgs were read but not responded till this present day.
Sorry bro I was hospitalised…and no payment was made
