Seller didnt ask me to make payment immediately if said so will do. Stated 30/4 or 1st june. In the end ask me put offer reserved for me yet sold to others. Deal at your own risk rmb to make payment if u want buy her stuffs becus she said that payment made then consider sold. Reserve is useless

I have already encountered many cases where "buyers" make offer and I put reserved, but at the end buyers didn't show up at all. I have lost all other potential buyers that I have rejected during the reservation period. Items I am selling now for myself and the seller of my house are all in hurry since shifting date is around the corner. The item you requested was belonged to the seller of my new house, I only have 1 day at the new house on 30/4/20,otherwise after June. Payment 1st serve 1st.

Accepted offer and told me to wait for 3 days for her to clear her stuff from the cabinet but ended up told me she wants to raise the price.

You can go other listings to see there's no other cabinet like this selling at that cheap price for $40. I originally sell it at $50,but you requested $40. Where got such good item furniture selling for $40? I asked to increase back to the original stated price $50, only $10 more, you refused to deal. It is in almost unused new condition, and it's original price brought from IKEA was $200+. $50 is very worthy to get such item.
