A bit slow responding, but fast deliver out after deal. The new pen ink start leaked, didn’t check before ship out. I’m requesting more picture but rejected. I’m accepted your apologise, no worries, I’m not angry, just a bit trouble need to find refill at online. Some more urgent by next week. Wish me luck to get it la 😄

Hi, sorry to hear that, with regards to slow responding - sorry for that as I have a newborn and a toddler to look after on a daily basis... to explain to you why I send out fast after deal - is because you paid and I don't want you to feel uncomfortable...on the ink leaking part, this Sale is on as is basis, I didn't open the pen before, you bought it at a cheaper price too, anyway, I will text you separately to let you refund, I will pay you postage too, and provide full refund, thanks!

Although we had unpleasant ordeal with the parcel not arriving on time.. but seller was very proactive and accountable on the parcel.. thank you very much!!! i don't want to add more stress to the seller.. so just chill and pray the parcel will be arriving soon.. patience is totally a virtue.. Great seller to deal with!
