Over enthusiastic at the beginning & no responses later. Because I accepted his offer I had to put a few others on hold to keep my word. Even negotiated the price with me and when it came to collection- no response at all after multiple chasers. I consider it a bit unprofessional. I would want to deal with caution in future.
