No basic courtesy of informing that she's not interested and that the deal is off. Had to keep chasing and chasing asking if the deal is on but no response. Finally replied saying nope thanks.. Be Careful dead buyer here. Buyer offered but went silent and MIA

Buyer backed down on deal after advanced stage of deal: i. 13 hours since I accepted buyer's offer ii. 4 hours since we finalised arrangement for transfer through SMS. I made arrangements and declined some offers after we finalised the arrangements. Regardless whether it is a norm that buyers or sellers in Carousel backed up from deals like that, I find that it is unacceptable. Don't accept offer if you know you have not made up your mind. +Ve note, buyer did bother to inform me.
