Did not show up for meet up last minute and no compensation for it. I was waiting at the mrt location that seller suggested for over 15 min and was only informed last minute that she forgot about our meeting and had something else to do. I was okay about her no show and accepted her suggestion that she could just mail it over to me if she includes the postal charge of 1.50. She declined and told me she was already selling at a low price. Her asking was 30 for the dress and I propose 25.
