Highly disappointed, the buyer came to collect the keyboard and we offered her to check the item and plugged it and showed. After 40 minutes she msgd saying all keys not working. I told that it’s not possible but still if she isn’t happy,I will refund the whole 35$ but then she is asking me to collect the item from her block? Seriously? I don’t understand the attitude at all.

Gross exaggeration by the seller. I have never had such an entitled attitude! I had to go to her block, go up to her unit. I did not want to enter the house. I asked the husband to plug the keyboard in and test the keys. He played some keys. Since the seller had told me that ALL the keys were working, I was alright to get it. At home, I played each key. I sent the seller a video of the faulty keys. She blamed me for not checking. I will never deal with her for selling a faulty product. Lies!!!
