Highly disappointed,the buyer came to collect the keyboard and we offered her to check the item and plugged it and showed.After 40 minutes she msgd saying all keys not working. I told that it’s not possible but still if she isn’t happy,I will refund the whole 35$ but then she is asking me to collect the item from her block? Seriously? I don’t understand the attitude at all.

Gross exaggeration by the seller. I have never had such an entitled attitude! I had to go to her block, go up to her unit. I did not want to enter the house. I asked the husband to plug the keyboard in and test the keys. He played some keys. Since the seller had told me that ALL the keys were working, I was alright to get it. At home, I played each key. I sent the seller a video of the faulty keys. She blamed me for not checking. I will never deal with her for selling a faulty product. Lies!!!
