I bought sonic brush from this seller, item was stated NEW without a box ,which was fine. But when the item arrived, one of the brushes was clearly has been used. Contact the seller, and he refused to acknowledge the situation even if I sent photos and his reply was it’s just dust, which obviously wasn’t.

Seller was fast and efficient even with the covid 19 situation where everything is out of stock, transfered funds to seller and gotten item within a few hours via self collection! Life saver!

Product came but didn’t really work. Text the seller at 12am+ and they responded within 5mins. First asked me for faulty information, then recommended me another model, which I agreed. Finally arranged for another delivery to me for following day. All within less the. 8hrs. And without occurring any additional cost. Superb after sales service! Highly recommended.
