UNPLEASANT experience. Buyer changed expectations after receiving the item and became rude in communication. Issues were raised post-delivery that were never discussed earlier, turning a smooth transaction into a very negative one. The interaction became draining and difficult, even tho I gave away free pillows, found nice movers, timely replies. I would NOT recommend dealing with this buyer!

you sold us a useless mattress. claimed: it was 1 year old “we can see in your reviews that you bought it from another seller and it’s 3 years old, you reused the previous seller’s pictures. Most Importantly: you sold us a mattress that you list as being 150x200cm but it turns out that the length is only 190cm. When confronted you apologise and say it was never a problem for you that the mattress is 10cm shorter than the bedframe and you just stuff the gap with pillows, but it matters to us!

Very difficult buyer. She was polite initially, but after delivery her attitude changed completely and she became rude and accusatory. She raised many issues only after receiving the mattress, despite having enough time to clarify details before buying. V Stressful and unpleasant experience, although I tried to help with movers, timing, and gave free pillows. Future sellers be careful!!!!!

Gifting us 2 old stained pillows does NOT make it up for you selling us a mattress that was way different than your description. We paid $120 for delivery and received a useless mattress that doesn’t fit the bedframe. You need to be honest in your description!!!
