laptop sold to me was faulty with two lines on screen. when I asked about condition ,they said no issues all good.I believe words and send lalamove when I received screen have two lines. Bad deal .👎

We mentioned that we didn’t see those lines at the final check so it was honest oversight from our side. Had we seen the lines we would have mentioned it without a doubt. You received a full refund without any hesitation.
