seller sold me a film camera with obvious battery corrosion in the compartment, i received with oil fluid leaking out. No testing needed, just with one look, one can tell that there is corrosion within compartment. even though seller is selling "as-is"condition, it is obvious the camera would not work as the corrosion is so bad. Seller did not have the decency to make it known to buyer.

we clearly stated in the listing description in simple clear concise english” likely not working” , “as is” & “no testing”, & in our pms, made it clear to you about the possibility of our as is camera defects including internal contacts issues as well. everything was made clear. and not testing or checking the camera is clearly part of “as is” film camera sales culture. you would know yourself since you listed an “as-is” labelled camera. please don’t assume we knowingly sold it dishonestly.
