The transaction went smoothly until my order came. The item posted said it has no flaws but it has stains and the length has been altered. I even sent her photos of the stains on it. I asked if i can return the item, she said not to coz nobody will use it anyway instead she will just return the amount i paid. But up to now no amount was returned to me and she's not even responding to my message.
