Hello there, I believe I proposed a partial refund to you since you insisted it was a faulty product despite the facts that you have already checked it and you were okay before taking it away. As I mentioned, if the noise issue were known to me, I wouldn’t have sell it to earn that small amount of money. I would have just discard it. Second hand items’ condition are unpredictable, seek for your kind understanding. We do apologise for the inconvenience if so.
