Customer already been told upfront that the item is defect but still want to proceed, after received the items, she said that she doesnt satisfied and asked for refund and threatened to leave bad review. Not worth it to deal with her, might be scam to get a lower price for the item. Beware to all the seller.

If u want perfect conditions item, maybe you should buy a new item and don’t be a cheapskate. Fussy customer.

The defect you told me about was only on the outer cap, not the product itself! The product I got was unusable! The body cream I bought is supposed to be a thick cream, instead I received a slimy, liquidy mess! I paid 20 including shipping, and requested for a partial refund, to which seller decided on RM10. I have provided a picture as evidence in the rating, and even gave you 3-stars! What an unpleasant experience.
