I understand this mobile phone was used and refurbished, but was still quite surprised the plastic back casing came off, after taking it back home to charge. I believed the seller was equally shocked, and with best intentions to resolve it, he quickly arranged the next day to pass me some glue to fix up the problem. Overall, other than the poor quality gluing, every else about this phone is great.
