Buyer does not understand that seller is not liable for lost mail if they selected free nm. I mailed out promptly + sent them a vid proof of mailing, and when it got returned back to me, I asked if they’d like to top up for tracked mail at the standard price now, they said no, I don’t think it’s fair that I should resend it out again FOC. I received $2, used a 70c stamp, what did I gain?
