bought a Samsung note 20 ultra which seller claimed to have replaced the battery but when I received the phone I found out that the battery health was severely degraded and the phone could barely even last four hours from a full charge until the battery ran out of power

Edit: Just received a dm that this is a known scammer on carousell. Pls report this guy and get his acc taken down if u can. It will only take a few minutes but it will help everyone of us get justice.

I did list it as sold as is, no refunds, and you didn't even test to see if it was working. I knew it was working because I was literally using the motherboard the day before selling it to you, yet you called it broken without even testing the motherboard.

Seller definitely have an attitude issue. I sent her 6months worth of Netflix subscription and tried to watch it for the first time and password didn’t work. She gave me a response with an attitude. No one deserves this, keep blaming people for bothering her. If you’re not up to host an account sharing, why collect $ for people and blame account sharers when queues come your way?

I texted you 3 short messages at 11.47pm inquiring what about the password change. Don’t know how that got exaggerated to 9-12am and “spammed” you with texts. Didn’t expect anything to be fixed there and then, just wanted to know what’s going on, and got a nasty scolding from you. First person I ever gave a negative review on Carousell. Very unfortunate to have dealt with toxic people like you.

You literally spammed me with texts asking what happened within 3 hrs from 9pm-12am. Most accs from other sellers get fixed within 24 hrs, and some more than that. I try to fix accs asap whenever i'm free with shorter waiting time, even if it means I get sleep deprived as a result or if my health suffers. Getting this kind of demand to fix an acc at night within such a short time is just plain inconsiderate and demanding. I get that you want to watch netflix, but I have my personal life too

Very worst experience. Paid for Netflix subscription, in the end, the whole thing is in Chinese. As an Indian, How to navigate thru the app like this? Tried messaging seller so many times regarding this but no response or action taken at all. One month since I make the payment and I am unable to watch any shows because of this setting. Unable to get refund too.

I did respond immediately asking when and where you could meet, but you did not respond for 12 days so I sold it to someone else. I even marked it as reserved, but you still ask me whether it was still available.
