The item listed was legit!!! Super happy to have found this bearista bag as it was already sold out in the stores 🥹 Seller was also easy and fast to talk too. The overall transaction was hassle free and smooth! In addition, with every purchase you could help support stray cats through her, as all of the sale proceeds are allocated to this cause!!🤗 Highly recommended! Thanks for the freebie too!

Item received was correct as listed. But, seller asked for full payment before sending updated photos. Communication required multiple follow-ups for photos and shipping, and the item was shipped later than expected. The cardigan and packaging also arrived with a strong odor and could have been cleaned and sealed better. Overall, clearer communication and better item care could have been nicer.

Seller harrassed me over my review in chat. Notice how they didn’t bother to address the fact they refused to send updated pics until payment was made FIRST, severe lack of communication, multiple follow-ups, and delayed shipping. Your cat rescue has nothing to do with this purchase so stop making excuses and trying to guilt trip me for your poor behavior as a seller over a 4* review. Do better.

Sir, the odor came straight from the factory not mine! ( for this is BRAND NEW, i didn’t know you’re not used in buying ready made garments!!! ) It was sealed when i got it and send it to you… It’s sad you give such comments like this. I regret selling you this one😞 i offered to return your money! … I entertained you even your profile is Not verified! I ask for payment first coz other pretending buyers use my photos for their purpose. You’re one of a kind! So Heartless…
Thank you .
