Great buyer - Easy to deal and reasonable negotiation
Not trustworthy and did not honour his word he made the reservation for sold to other buyer. Very disappointed. Suppose to reschedule and suddenly seller change the appointment to earlier timing last min change timing. He didn't even have the courtesy to let me know there are other buyer viewing until last minute tell me and sold to other buyer.
