Hello, I offered both normal and tracked mail, and normal mail was chosen. I have done my part by sending updates, proof of mailing, and followed up to see if item had been received. But unfortunately, normal mail has no tracking and has that possibility of getting lost. As I mentioned privately, this is the first time this has happened to me as well but pls know that I always do my part to mail items properly.

BAD experience. The jeans she sold me had 6 large obvious holes. She didnt notify me about it, and i only realised after i received via mail. Since there were no mentions about defects at all, i bought under the impression that the jeans were in good condition. If i had known, i wouldnt have purchased. im very disappointed. We managed to resolve the issue. Worked out ok in the end. i guess...

we managed to work it out and fully resolve the issue in the end!! there were afew misunderstandings along the way, but im super grateful that the seller is so patient and understanding, and that we both managed to communicate better to come to a satisfactory resolution.

Sorry you still feel disappointed even after we resolved the issue privately. I was transparent and listed the item under WELL USED & with Carousell being a second-hand app, do remember that items come with flaws! Was very responsive as well- lowered price as requested, provided all measurement photos, given u ur free shipping, even given you a partial refund after all this. All in all, I would’ve gladly given you a thorough check when asked Either way, I hope the jeans still serve you well!
