I was informed that the scarf would be brand new but upon checking, the scarf has 8 stains in total. So it's not as "brand new" as stated. Texted the seller regarding this, but no response until today. I wish to return this, so disappointed.

Hi, the items is indeed brand new and never been worn. The stain could occur even when it’s being kept in storage (i.e. wardrobe). However, I already refunded the money to the buyer since she’s not satisfied with the items but she left bad review for me.
