As mentioned before, I have checked the item was working before delivery. When I found out the perfume was not spraying, I tried to finds ways that could hopefully fix it. I offered for us to meet up in person so I could take a look and refund if I was unable to. We were unable to compromise on a meeting place, you wanted the MRT closest to you while I suggested the MRT that's a midpoint for both of us Meeting in person was the best method so both of us don't worry about the other
