Partial refund and followed was offered only I made police report and report on carousell, seller when missing after i suggested to refund and agreed, but when checking with seller again he went missing for 12 hours only responded on refunding. Then guilt trip and saying i untung which is unfair because i offered to refund back when i opened to goods to settle but seller is the one who when missin

Unclear pictures were shown, seller was dishonest and hiding the condition of the item, can see from the pictures. Seller then tried to downplayed saying it was cheap, so does it means i have to accept the fact the goods were damaged without disclosing it beforehand to me?
