I apologize if there was any mistake made.Item states by previous carousell seller is brand new. We never used it before hence it is also brand new. I am not sure about the stains but it might be due to it being kept a long period of time.As for stains on the bottle, I am not so sure as it was rec in this condition and I was told that it was the price tag sticker. Hence, the item at the end of the day, through all this, is still brand new. Thanks.
